  • Five stars is insufficient for Ali Morisi because it compares her to other agents. I’ve gone through nine real estate transactions with other realtors. There is no comparison. We live in a different state now and needed to sell our California home. We searched online for a realtor recommended for this kind of issue. Boy did we luck out. Ali is supremely professional and knowledgeable about both real estate and the local market. Thing is, you don’t really notice her depth of experience (until you need it) because she is so casual, personable, and authentic. I regret the conclusion of the sale because I’ve lost a very good friend. Ali was on top of and sensitive to all facets of the listing. She was a friend to our tenant and made life easy for her also, gaining her complete confidence and cooperation. Again, naturally and authentically. Ali knows the best stagers who went above and beyond for a much lower rate than others charge. Ali even bought new light fixtures for the showing, and brought in mulch and plants! And ALL of it was a happy experience for us and even our tenant!
