Consultation

We start with a visit to your home to learn about your goals and discuss the current market.

I’ll provide a detailed analysis of the strongest pricing strategy to ensure we get the most people through the door, excited and interested in writing an offer on your home.

Prep Work

Once a working relationship if established, we’ll do a thorough visit to your home and discuss what updates and repairs are necessary to present your home in the best possible light and what is needed to appeal to buyers in today’s market.

We understand that it takes a lot of time, energy and funds to prep your home for sale. Sotheby’s provides programs to help with the funds, and I provide the in-person care to help you manage and oversee the work if needed.

Marketing Strategy

My team will provide the professional photography, videography, and floor plans. We create printed materials for open houses and mailings, along with digital advertisements for email blasts and social media.

House Hits the Market

When the home is ready to “go live” on the market, it will be advertised to buyers and brokers through the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) and feeder sites such as Homes.com, Redfin, Zillow, Realtor.com, Hotpads and much more. I don’t do lockboxes - I will personally be hosting your open houses and private showings when needed.

Escrow & Beyond

I will get you the best offer for your home and guide you through the escrow process along with my Escrow Officer, Title Rep, and Transaction Coordinator. The entire team is there to have your back and assure a smooth and successful sale.

If a replacement property is needed, I will gladly help you secure one in the area, of refer you to a fabulous Sotheby’s colleague in your next city.
