Regardless of whether you are a first time or seasoned buyer, it is important to work with someone that can offer you dedication and experience to ensure that the process is a smooth, stress-free and most of all, exciting.

Consultation
We will start with a buyer consultation where we'll meet to discuss what your needs and motivations are, what you hope to find in the perfect home and what your financial possibilities are. If you need help with financing, I have a list of recommendations I’d be happy to share.
We will also take this time to get to know one another!
Home Search
Once a working relationship has been established, you will get set up with a customized search of houses which will meet the neighborhood, home type and price range parameters of your search. You will get either a daily or weekly list of potential properties that have hit the market.
The Offer
Once you have found a home you love, Ali will prepare the offer and facilitate negotiations with the Seller’s Agent. For the offer you will need to provide, the Residential Purchase Agreement, your proof of funds for the down deposit and pre-approval letter if you are getting financing.
Escrow & Inspections
Congratulations - you’ve got an accepted offer and now begins escrow! I will guide you through all the necessary inspections, personally attend your appraisal and ensure that you are well informed and protected throughout the entire transaction.
Closing & Beyond
You are officially a home owner and it’s time to get those keys! For me, this is not simply a transactional relationship. If you ever need anything, I am just a call away and you will always have access to my extensive contact list of movers, designers, contractors, landscapers, engineers, architects etc.
